L⅂ Gallery is a space for creativity, connection, and community.

Once an industrial hall used for ship repairs and now available for exhibitions, commercial rentals, gatherings, and more, it is a space where ideas come to life. More than just a venue, we are committed to opening our doors to initiatives that bring people together and make a difference.

If you are interested in discussing artistic or philanthropic collaborations, we would love to hear from you.

Ludmila Lekes

Ludmila Lekes founded the advisory firm L⅂ Advisory in 2022 and three years later opened a permanent gallery and project space, L⅂ Gallery, in Prague’s Karlin district. She is a recognised advisor in art and philanthropy, an art historian specialising in Modern and Contemporary Central and Eastern European art, and a published author. After earning her Master’s degree from the prestigious Courtauld Institute of Art, Ludmila began her career at Sotheby’s in London. She later worked at the international galleries Gagosian and David Zwirner, where she supported a number of leading artists and managed their cultural projects worldwide – including Bridget Riley’s retrospective at the Kawamura Memorial Museum of Art in Japan (2018) and Luc Tuymans’s retrospective La Pelle at Palazzo Grassi in Venice (2019).

In 2019, Ludmila expanded her expertise into philanthropic advisory, first at the Charities Aid Foundation and later at the UK private bank C. Hoare & Co., where between 2022 and 2025 she managed over £300 million in charitable capital. Her work was recognised in 2025 with the prestigious Private Asset Management Award. Until 2020, Ludmila also collaborated with MASK Create, a charity dedicated to building skills and creativity in young people. Since 2023, she has served as a partner of IntoUniversity, supporting students from disadvantaged backgrounds in achieving their career aspirations.

Her scholarly contributions have appeared in a number of publications, including the catalogues raisonnés of František Kupka and Luc Tuymans, and she regularly publishes articles on art and philanthropy.
